What this page covers
These terms apply to this website. They are not your repair agreement. Using the site means you accept what is on this page; if you do not, please just call the shop instead.
Your repair is governed by your estimate
Nothing on this website is a repair contract, a quote, or an agreement to perform work at a particular price. Before we start, you get a written estimate, and we do not exceed it or add work without your authorization. That estimate, together with California's rules for licensed automotive repair dealers, is what governs your repair — not this page and not anything described elsewhere on this site.
Our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on qualifying work is described on your invoice, which sets out exactly what is covered and for how long.
Information on this site
We keep the services, hours, and contact details here accurate, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, this is general information: what your vehicle actually needs, what it costs, and how long it takes depend on the vehicle in front of us. Always confirm by phone before relying on anything here.
Times, prices, and availability can change without notice.
Reviews and other sites
Reviews shown here were written by customers on Google, Yelp, and similar services. They are their words, not ours, and we do not edit them.
