Commercial Fleet Repair
Fleet work is a scheduling problem as much as a mechanical one. We run maintenance programs that keep vehicles on a schedule, give fleet customers priority turnaround when something breaks, and email service records per vehicle so the office is not chasing paper.
Programs, not one-offs
A maintenance program puts every vehicle on an interval instead of letting failures set the calendar. Scheduled service costs less per mile than emergency repair and is far easier to plan around, which is the part that actually protects revenue.
Downtime is the real invoice
The repair bill is visible; the jobs a vehicle misses while it sits are not, and the second number is usually larger. That is why fleet vehicles get priority scheduling and an honest turnaround estimate rather than an optimistic one.
One shop, mixed makes
Work trucks, vans, cars, and larger rigs go through the same shop, which is the point of not splitting a fleet across three specialists. Our bay handles vehicles that a smaller shop cannot physically take, and we are a licensed STAR smog station, so registration renewals happen here too.

Fleet Repair: questions we get asked
How many vehicles does it take to count as a fleet?
Fewer than most owners expect. If your business depends on a couple of work trucks or vans being available, a maintenance program is worth having. The value is in the scheduling and the records, not the size of the roster.
Can you service mixed makes and vehicle types?
Yes. Work trucks, vans, cars, and larger rigs all go through the same shop, and our bay takes vehicles a smaller shop cannot. Splitting a fleet across specialists is how maintenance history gets lost.
How does priority scheduling work?
Fleet vehicles move ahead of the general queue when something goes down between scheduled services. Call and tell us what is out of service and what you need it for, and we will tell you honestly when we can have it back.
How do we get service records for our vehicles?
Emailed per vehicle after each visit, so your office has a running maintenance history without collecting paper tickets. That record also supports resale value and makes replacement-cycle planning straightforward.
Can you keep our vehicles on a maintenance schedule for us?
That is what a fleet maintenance program is. We track intervals per vehicle against the manufacturer schedule and the way the vehicles actually get used, which for most commercial use means the severe-service column.
Do you handle smog checks for fleet vehicles?
Yes. We are a licensed STAR test and repair smog station, so registration renewals happen at the same shop that does the maintenance, with certificates filed electronically.
